If within 14 days of your initial delivery you are not delighted with your Snapstudio headshots — for any reason, including simply changing your mind — we will refund your payment in full.
How to claim: email concierge@snapstudio.com with the word "refund" in the subject line. No forms, no surveys, no attempts to talk you out of it. Funds are returned to your original payment method within 3 business days.
The 1-hour delivery SLA
Essential and Executive tiers are guaranteed to deliver within 60 minutes of your final upload confirmation. Elite tier is guaranteed within 45 minutes.
If we miss the SLA, your entire session is refunded — you keep the headshots. Median delivery time across Q1 2026 was 41 minutes. We have missed this SLA fourteen times in the last 90 days, and refunded every one.
Free redo sessions
Executive tier includes one free redo. Elite tier includes two free redos valid for 12 months.
How to request: email concierge with a note about what didn't work (too harsh lighting, jaw asymmetry, wrong collar, whatever) and we re-train, re-generate, and deliver within the same 1-hour SLA.
The fine print, as short as we can make it
- The 14-day window starts at the moment your final deliverables are ready, not at purchase.
- Refund requests after 14 days are considered case-by-case; we've approved 97% of late requests in 2025.
- The SLA clock starts after you've uploaded the minimum 12 usable selfies. We'll flag blurry or obstructed shots within 5 minutes of upload.
- Free redos must be requested within 12 months of initial delivery and cannot be transferred to another subject.
- Editorial licenses (Elite) are perpetual once issued — they don't lapse if you don't renew.
